Perfect place for a healthy meal replacement. The chef knows what's best so sticking to his recommendation, had the chicken firecracker sourdough sandwich and the green goddess smoothie. It was out of this world ! Loved savoring every second of the meal. Thank you for the homely experience guys .

Highly recommended. Truly impressed. I was always looking for this kind of food, being a yoga therapist I’m health and fitness conscious. Kids elders everybody can eat here without tension. Healthy and tasty, budget friendly as well.

I recently stumbled upon this amazing new healthy food cafe in Bangalore and I'm so glad I did! Their smoothies are absolutely incredible. They're packed with flavor, texture, and nutrients. I've tried a few different ones so far, and each one has been a delightful surprise. The quality of ingredients is top-notch, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into crafting these delicious drinks. I'd highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious treat. The smoothies are definitely worth every penny.

Just had the most amazing experience at Switch2 Superfood Cafe! The paneer egg burji was absolutely delicious and packed with nutrients. The spinach dosa was a game-changer - loved the subtle spinach flavor. The chikoo milkshake was creamy and refreshing. And the fire cracker paneer bowl was a delightful twist! Highly recommend this cafe for healthy and tasty food. Can't wait to come back and try more!"

I loved that they calculated exactly how much protein there is in each dish. This food is well thought out and I can see the passion behind each dish especially when I realised sourdough was used instead of normal bread and small changes like that which require a keen interest in food. They have non-dairy milk as well which was so helpful. All in all an excellent experience and the food was tasty as well as healthy.

Tried the vegan options, although limited to choose from, the avacado toast and the banana shake (with almond mylk) tasted delicious, filling yet light on stomach and mind. Ironically i always hated these two foods in past but the chef's preparation and ingredients definitely changed my tastebuds and perception. Right kind of food next to a gym.

The food is tasty and healthy. Helpful to manage cleaner calorie intake.
